Moral Fiber

I once heard this on a motion device:

"Moral Fiber. So what is Moral Fiber? It's funny, i used to think it was always telling the truth, doing good deeds, basically being a f****** boy scout. But lately i've been seeing it differently.

Now i think Moral Fiber's about finding that one thing you really care about. That one special thing that means more to you than anything else in the world and when you find her, you fight for her, you risk it all, you put her in front of everything. Your life, all of it and maybe the stuff you do to help her isn't clean. You know what? It doesn't matter because in your heart you know that the juice is worth the squeeze. That's what Moral Fiber's all about." - Movie, The Girl Next Door

"Harry proves himself virtuous by putting the welfare of others ahead of his own glory and safety. Despite the psychological fog induced by the maze, Harry is clear-headed enough to rescue a fallen competitor rather than let him perish. He then insists they share the prize. His underwater heroics save a girl’s life at personal expense, and the tournament committee sees fit to honor his selflessness with a reward for “outstanding moral fiber.” - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Do you have sufficient Moral Fiber, or maybe just a shred of it?

Fibers are of great importance in plants, animals and humans, although humans carry a diverse functionality, it however is equally fundamental. Also, not forgetting the fact that the majority of us goes through Moral Education back in school, comes the birth of moral fiber.

I’d define moral fiber as having the might not to compromise in ones belief when things get thorny.

Worst case scenario:

“You are on a run, and you know as long as you head straight and not turn back, you’ll be safe. On the other hand, your friend is under hostage and will be murdered if no one saves him/her. You have a 50 50 probability of surviving after turning back to save him/her, where she gets the slightest hope of being saved by you. Your beliefs pretty much are to get out of the situation hassle-free possible, which you currently are making your way through. What would you do?”

Moral Fiber here speaks, turn back and save your friend, unconditionally, genuinely with no motive what so ever. (Moral Fiber takes no effort no second thoughts, it's just BAP and go)

Comparing the movies, The Girl Next Door, Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire together with my example of worst case scenario, you can all burp out a similarity which is to risk it all. In a way, different cultures, different behaviors generally cuts down to if moral fiber means risking it all for that one thing, one person or for anything in dire circumstances.

The Huge Ordeal, LIFE.

Sad to say, the fixations of life have located me through a huge ordeal. Today where I stand, I stood tall with pride but with minimal amount of hopeful optimism. Sometimes I wonder, wonder what is real what is not. Given several tens of thousands of thoughts in this, I’m never contented with any conclusion I came up with. This article, I wrote two years back, is still in my backyard sun-tanning, waiting for the right tan, still in my evil witchy pot, waiting for my right ingredients and still in my tummy rumbling to rush out of my constipated situation. Here I say:

"Since I was a kid, I asked many questions (to myself of course); interested and amazed by how manageably “fixations” gets understood. Why is a table known as a table, why is the portrayal of darkness classified under negative state of affairs? There is no real behind the appearance, the illusion does not mask the real, and the illusion is the real, which is the illusion, which is the real (Jean Baudrillard). Have it been instilled into us through culture and ideologies or are real just tentatively real. Going through numerous institutions and several theoretical controls, I’ve come to a conclusion that real is not just real but ideologically real.

In the contemporary context of Japanese fashion, mini skirts are fashionably accepted, however, in traditional astute, kimonos adjured to be inculcated in the hearts of the society. A ‘subjectifying’ topic hems in but yet mini skirts and kimonos were fore mostly accepted. So are mini skirts real, or are the traditional kimonos real. A situation where contemporary versus traditional adheres in. Is traditional real, contemporary an illusion or the other way around or is it a mere selection of subjects. The traditional kimonos are mild and conservative, where traditional mini skirts are checkered and attractive, so which is real? Towards a certain age group, mini skirts are a big no no and kimonos are the yes yes. SO, what it is that’s real. The culture we were brought up in, the generation we were nurtured from solely says it all, nothing is real but ideologically real. Everyone is ‘programmed’ to accept certain ‘software’, depending on each generation.

But yet, in contemporary milieu, designs, patterns and layouts, out beat the traditional kimonos and mini skirts. The variety of designs; the wonderful abstractive re-constructions of these attires becomes real. So what exactly is real? It may be argued that such topics could be individually pointed out. However, have it dawn to us that kimono and mini skirts were sub-consciously accepted by ourselves? Or was there even other trend behind the kimono and mini skirts. Fashion might be the worst topic to be discussed within the realm of ideology but yet it carries a certain degree of how our cultural shaped the ideology in us. Our ancestor’s imagination has become our real today.

Real is imagined and thus the existence of real gets even more real. The real does not disappears to the benefit of the imaginary; it disappears to the benefit of the more real than real” the hyper real (Jean Baudrillard)."

In short, I’m in dire jeopardy of the truth, nothing else, but the truth. The truth have seems to be the factor that deteriorates one’s mental state. To begin with a possibly optimistic good head start on my first entry is a highly risky and impracticable task. HOW, how, how can one survive the means of life, by which I meant, the unreal and the surreal?I NEED REAL, I NEED REAL.Today’s going to all Paerin’s nitpick; tomorrow will be the surreal facts of LIFE
